General

When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using ipay88, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Vouchers

Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Delivery

Kindly take note that we will process and send out all order within 2 – 5 working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are using Pos Laju courier services.
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

Good will be send via Poslaju which will take 2- 4 workings days to receive the goods.

West Malaysia – Start from RM 8
Sabah & Sarawak, – Start from RM 10
*Postage fee depending on parcel’s weight

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number.If you have issues receiving your parcel, you may drop us an email at admin@factoryeyewear.com.my. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Thanks for shopping at factoryeyewear.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We are not provide refund to any product. If you would like to return your product due to a change-of-mind please ensure you have read and understood our returns policy below:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of received, together with proof of purchase (invoice).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Item must not have sign of worn like scratches.
  • Item must be unused and unopened (for contact lenses) original tags/labels attached.
  • Email at admin@factoryeyewear.com.my with details of why you would like to return the product.
  • Before returning items, please contact our customer care team by email at admin@factoryeyewear.com.my and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  • Please be aware that the cost and responsibility of returning the goods to our warehouse in adequate condition is your responsibility.
  • A return will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
    • If you changed your mind;
    • The product does not fit how you expected it would;
    • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
    • If you decided you did not like the product;
    • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
    • If you have no use for the product.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this return and exchange policy upon purchasing any product or services at our website.
